how many showtime stages/venues do i need for the festivals to show up?
as title says, how many stages/venues do you actually need for simfest to show up and for there to be shows?

I don't know why you weren't getting simfests when you had the ST stage in the festival park, since that's the same way they have it set up in Starlight Shores. But now that you're getting performances in the Karaoke, you should get a simfest in a sim week or so. They don't seem to ever happen in the first sim week in my games.
