They will then see the community lot as their home lot and the Greater Than Eight barrier can also be broken. That can be done on a residential as well, but it will all be one big household either way.
Yeah, I'm not a mod user, wouldn't even know how to use mod's as I never have used any. Thank you for the suggestion though. I'm thinking having it as a hangout will work out just fine. I can go to the Edit Town to switch between active households etc.
