"I mean it! You inside, them out!" - gate
Is there any way to recolour this gate? I've tried entering build/buy mode and recolouring it but it won't let me... any way to do this?

- I have that set and you're right, the gate cannot be recolored. It's not a matter of mods and cheats, if an object has no recolorable channels then it is not CAStable. I would be really surprised if there isn't a CC substitute out there someplace that would work out better, though.

As far as I remember you cannot recolor that gate,and I believe it is not intentional.Soon as I seen Hewnsman set I think even the fence is broken too.
Am not in game but remembered the fence in that set having 3 zones allowing you to recolor but it still will not.Do not know if store team patched a fix but even the fence from that set is messed up. - Edit Tested in game mentioned earlier in post above today the fence from that set is Still Broken not just the gate.The fence at least lets you click like normal even enters create a style but the changes you make do nothing.All 3 zones do not work.
The fence and gate will not harm your game but you are stuck with the default wood color.Sadly it is one of the best looking gates too :( - http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=493642
The only problems I've encountered with this sometimes when you go to CASt them then cancel doing so they become unCAStable again. So don't cancel the job and you'll be fine, and again I stress, sometimes. - its a store gate

I want to recolour it but I can't. Is there a mod or a cheat that will let me change it's colour?
