I'm running out of room in the town that I'm playing, do you know of any multi-family homes?

I made Mimi Landgraabs house from Sims Bustin Out,is roomy/spacious and has 2 bedrooms both with double beds can comfortably house 2 couples.So can place two families there.Small 30x30 lot size perfect since you are in LP and used all your larger ones.No CC used

I used to get that overcrowded town issue from having the EA bugfest turned on and started using Mods to fix that by turning the NRaas Mod version of story progression on with my custom settings which would stop that from happening since I also play rotationally like in TS2 which would help to stop the population from growing so fast.Your issue is leaving them to manage themselves and they just started breeding like rabbits until the town is overcrowded.I've got towns that have been around for at least three or four simyears that still have small populations though that will slowly change as the townies start trying for babies and start giving birth over the coming years.You can have sims living on community lots if you're playing with almost the entire NRaas Mod collection like I do.I've had a couple living at the shopping center once for a while until winter ended.I'm not above having sims living in the library or at a park.

How did you mange to get sims to live at community lots? I do have the NRaas mods, this sounds interesting.

@Nikkei_Simmer - As you know I don't care for violence in my games, but that picture of what looks like must have been a hardware store blowing up seems interesting. Is it available as a pattern? I might want that on tee shirts or something. :p

@Nikkei_Simmer I'm way too nice to my sims, but I have started using Nraas MC to Force Kill Paparazzi. :p
I also have the same problem sometimes with certain worlds and trying to find places to live for new sims, especially worlds that don't allow much room for adding new lots. I'm not above doing a Total Annihilation of the town since I rarely play premades or merging certain households together. :D

@LunBeauty With the Nraas mods you don't have to kill off the paparazzi. There is a way you can actually stop the game from even spawning them. This way it leaves those sims alive and ready to fill in other needed positions around town. It's under the NRaas Register mod. My game is totally free of those pest. If by chance you have them in your town already the Register mod can also remove them, not the sim, but the position they hold as a paparazzi.
