Looking for a mod that reduces reactions to noisy sims?

Long ago I saw a mod like this somewhere out there, but I cannot find it now. It was a mod that reduced how your sims reacted to noisy sims or it might've stopped it altogether.
The reason I'm looking for it is I'm playing a village that is on the same lot, but the entire village is waking up when a toddler cries at 3 in the morning even though they're on opposite sides of the village in completely separate buildings.
I would ideally, like a mod to reduce the radius a toddler's cries can be heard from or if necessary eliminate the reaction all together.

If anyone knows where this mod is please let me know!

    @Pamtastic72, is that a trait from TS4 as I have never heard of it in TS3? I only ask this as I don't think TS3 has lot traits... :)

    @Linamints I found a thread on simsasylum asking about the same thing. The mod mentioned there as a solution won't stop sims from freaking out when a baby or toddler cries... Instead, the mod makes sure babies and toddlers sleep all through the night when they are put into the crib. The needs are also boosted. Hopefully, I missed it in my search and someone will post what you're really looking for.

    Pam is talking about TS4 since TS3 defiantly does not have lot traits.
