I was thinking the same thing. Why do we have to have 5 bars or more? And right away too. Never one at a time with EA.
It's 1 skill level and then 4 skill level wish.
Level 1 promotion, level 5 promotion wish.

It's harder to make a Simple world when we do want all the bells and whistles yet we can only have a salon on a salon and consignment on it's own lot. Maybe a Room marker like Tomb markers is what EA needs for Community lots.
