Honey can't be used in nectar. Only fruit, cocoa, and pecans can be used in nectar. The things Sims say after drinking nectar don't have anything to do with the actual nectar ingredients.
Thank You for the response, I thought it was a "easter egg" because after reading in this thread you can now place cocoa and blueberries in the nectar.(other ingredients like the honey Sims hinted at before they were available)
