Need help installing expansions

Hi all,

So I added some Sims 3 expansions to my origin library to download to my mac. However, I can't seem to find a way to download them. They're marked as "unlocked" in my library with no download button in sight? I already checked the pinned post and it wasn't helpful for my problem.

    This is a common issue: the "entitlements," as they're called, for the 64-bit versions of your packs didn't get automatically added to your library. You'll need to contact EA customer support and request those entitlements; this is an easy issue for a support rep to fix.
