where are the outdoor trash cans located, I have a park I want to put a trashcan in but can't seem to find them.

It's a bit complicated and I'm not in my game right now. But, if you are in build mode, click on the community lot icon and you will find all sorts of things, including a selection of outdoor rubbish bins.
