No hairstyles or clothes showing up in game

I recently installed all the sims 3 expansions and stuff packs onto my computer but when I go into CAS it doesn't show any hairstyles or clothes.

Sims are dressed but I can't access anything.

I do not have an mods or CC in my game. Strictly base game, expansions and stuff pack items.

Any ideas on how to fix it? Google has been no help as everything I've come across is related to CC and mods which I do not have.

    Sounds like possibly a bad install then. May I ask what the source of the game is -- Origin, Steam, retail discs (if this, are things patched up to 1.67?), some other source? Is this the Windows or Mac version of the game?

    Have you got plenty of free drive space where the game is installed, and are your computer specs up to the task of running the game with all EPs -- processor, video card, sufficient RAM?

    This happens even if you start a new game?

    If you pull your TS3 user game folder in Documents out to your Desktop or rename it, a new one should spawn on the next attempted startup. Any better or does the same thing happen?

    Every time and same thing happened when I moved th folder
