(NRAAS HACKS) simbot Children and toddlers

with the nraas master controller it is possible to have a simbot child or toddler by simply going into master controller then selecting "change occult" to a simbot on any child or toddler sim

notes: this also works on mummies too

warning: do not set a simbot to a baby as it will stretch and crash the game
