Well, if someone in the family golfs, in a casual (with family or friends) game a mulligan is an extra stroke allowed after a poor shot, not counted on the scorecard. It's a throw-away shot, no one holds against the score. So, I was requesting a possible mulligan since this whole lottery concept was a once-in-a-blue-moon idea for me. I don't generally ponder over a new idea for days. Sometimes, an idea hits like a lightening bolt and I just run with it. I ran with this idea because I just like the fairness of it and lotteries are fun.
