Okay, I stopped by your wishlist and I see two worlds on there. A quick scan of your My Page shows you need Lucky Palms, Lunar Lakes, and Aurora Skies. So, there's three possibilities for your gift. Please note too that SimPoint cost should not be factored into your decision; I have plenty so don't assume the "expensive ones" are off the table immediately.
Here's my two cents. Observations show that Aurora Skies is probably the single most requested world there is. I haven't played it yet (I got too much store content very quickly and it was sensory overload!) but people just go nuts when they get it and start using it.
Lucky Palms is another popular world, especially if you're into the whole Las Vegas-style thing. The desert backdrop is very reminiscent of Strangeville from The Sims 2 so that throwback of nostalgia can give players the warm-fuzzies. It also seems like a pretty big place with lots of lots and room for growth.
Finally, Lunar Lakes. I currently have a family I'm playing in this world and it's...uh...truncated? The look of the city is hands down the most unique, but the way the terrain is designed it makes adding new lots against roads nearly impossible, which can be a bit of a bummer having a lot cast far away from the road, just hanging out and blaringly obvious like a sore thumb. It's a fun place to explore, but without the ability to really shape it to your will knocks it down a few points in my book.
