Opinions on my new Alienware laptop

Hi, my mother just purchased me this laptop,it definitely exceeds the sims 3 requirements, I know the ssd is small but I plan to put the game on the HDD . I'm just curious what you guys think because I've seen a lot of mixed reviews about alienware and its making me nervous , I know I could've gotten one with a bit better of a build for the price but I can't be picky. I've also seen a lot of people saying they've had their alienware for years and it still works great. I was really excited but now I'm not so sure 😕
Edit: I've seen a lot of people say these laptops last for a long time and the customer service is great
