Question for People Who Have Played Suvadiva Resort

Suvadiva Resort is a player-made island world made by Nilxis Designs - http://nilxisdesigns.blogspot.com/2013/08/suvadiva-resort.html. I have a question for people who have played with this world: Does this world integrate all the elements of Isla Paradiso? Houseboats, resorts, the kraken, etc... The reason I am asking this is because I am having issues with Ciane's fixed version of Isla Paradiso. Should you wish to respond to that, go to this thread and look for the very first post authored by me on Page 4.

I would still like to resolve this issue with Ciane's IP fix because the world seems more developed. However, in the event that I give up I thought that I could get the island experience from Suvadiva Resort, but I need to know if it is a suitable replacement.

  • I haven't played it myself, but judging from the pics, it looks like its just a resort world.
I know you can snorkle in the ocean in any world, and use houseboats in any world as long as you have ports to place the boats down.Suvadiva Island is on my bucket list though to install, and I use other Nilxis worlds and do say his worlds run wonderfully.

However I do know of a world that is Island Paradise friendly. Its called A Child's Paradise.

It has hidden islands, scuba diving spots, resorts, etc everything that Island Paradiso does and it runs pretty well.If you'd like to see pics or anything I'd be happy to post.
  • I've used Suvadiva before, but only as a vacation world. Suvadiva doesn't come with most rabbit holes. There's a grocery store. I don't recall if you need the rabbit hole rugs for that or whether the RH is placed in a basement like the resort RHs. The world has one dock and houseboat which you could delete and put in an IP one. It has 2 resorts, and a base camp. Plus a few beaches. Oh, and I think one dive lot. Maybe more than one, I don't remember but there's at least one dive lot in the world. Suvadiva is intended to be used with NRaas Traveler as a vacation world. It's too small IMO to be used as a homeworld.
  • You could try Rflong's Isle of sims III. It's also IP friendly, with plenty of dive lots and resorts.
