Script Error Causing No Visible Baby Afterbirth Despite Empty Green Box, Sim Still Pregnant/In Labor

Are you using custom content? Sometimes custom content is loaded into the newborn and it obviously doesn't fit and causes various types of glitches. I can't remember which item causes the green box, but there's some known and common files here http://findingbadccsims3.blogspot.com/2012/06/how-to-fix-baby-glitches-in-sims-3.html
