- As Karritz said, a dxdiag would be helpful and cover all the basic information. Like most laptop models, yours comes in a number of different configurations, and how well yours would handle Sims 3 will depend on its specific hardware. Here's how to run a dxdiag:

It appears that the video cards on the T520s that do have dedicated ones are not at all strong, these devices were never meant for gaming, but for the base TS3 game only (no EPs) you may be able to get away with it on low to medium graphics settings in Game Options. There is still the open question of how much drive space do you have free to work with and we don't know how much RAM your configuration has. Agreed that a dxdiag would give us the full picture without having to guess.
