sism 3 packs show up in orgin but not in luancher or ingame

(confused look) I thought you were having issues with the Mac version of the game, being on Catalina or sorry have I got that all mixed up now?

Is this now on Windows or an older macOS version?

i found my moms windows computer that she dosent use so i took it hahah

But on this Windows computer, are the packs that are not showing up outside of Origin actually installed? And from where did you obtain the codes to run them, did you purchase from Origin itself, were they retail discs or codes from an authorized reseller, or from someplace else?

i got them form orgin. in the orgin app it says that i installed them but its not showing up in the game or in the checkbox area
