Oh dear the game is going rogue. How soon till it develops sentience? ?. Great to see. I presume the game generated these sims?
Even if tourism is turned off in NRAAS, SP will still immigrate sims to your world even if there isn’t enough buildings. I guess they just become one of the homeless.
