This game does create a lot of townies. Normally I don't mind them. I have met some very interesting 'randoms' who I have later added to my games. I only TA an entire world when I am creating a master file of that world. In an active game I use other 'tricks' to keep the wandering Sims wandering. Don't mind them visiting but they can't stay (for long).
