They are my personal creations for Sims 3. Alryne Valley does have a custom content Jinx - Raven Shadow rabbit hole rug (details in the post).

Otherwise, the rest of my creations should only contain items from the base game, EP, stuff packs, and store items. I own the entire store, including the Katy Perry stuff pack.

I will try to list where stuff comes from in future showcase posts. When I get home, I will check the Douglas family and update the post on ~texansky~ creations.

* Edited to Add: I checked Lane's clothing. Some of it is from EP Late Night, Generations, Supernatural, Island Paradise, Into the Future, as well as Master Suite SP. The Speedo and career shorts are from the Sims 3 store.

I created Alryne Valley for The Sims 3. The town faces Sunrise Beach and Maramore Ocean to the east and Lake Atherton to the west. It is surrounded on three sides by snow-covered mountains. All commercial buildings and venues are located on individual lots (no combination rabbit holes). This world is currently only available for download from Mediafire.

Store and Custom Content Warning!

It is highly likely that this world contains store content. If you don't own an item, the game will try to replace it with a similar object whenever possible. There is not much chance that I will take the time to go through the world with a fine-toothed comb to list all store content used in Alryne Valley.

Alryne Valley beta 1.2 contains a Jinx - Raven Shadow rabbit hole door at the science facility. There is a good chance that I will be replacing it with the Landgraab Science Facility rabbit hole in the future (probably beta 1.3).

Lane and Anastasia Douglas on ~texansky~ creations

Nobody will believe that Anastasia's mother is an alien. Lane can hardly believe it himself. Only he knows the truth. Will he tell her when she is older?

Lane Douglas is the first of my Sims to take on the 112-Day Challenge. During gameplay, Lane was abducted by an alien and became pregnant with Anastasia. Due to the nature of the challenge, Lane could not keep Anastasia, so he sent her back to her alien mother. I wanted to save Lane and Anastasia for later play. My plan is to have them live in Isla Paradiso - Lane would join the Lifeguard career. He sure has the looks for it.

In this reality, Lane has not completed the challenge. Anastasia was born on Friday of week 5, the first week of fall. Lane had been promoted to Principal, level 9, in the Education career. I reset Lane's age to the first day of Young Adult and changed two of his traits to better suit his new lifetime wish of being a Seaside Savior.

Lane Douglas is a snob with an honorary degree and a desire to succeed in business. Will his wealth attract gold diggers or will he find true love?

Lane has completed the 112-Day Challenge and is a fine addition to any game. Starting from nothing and living on a meager 10×10 lot, Lane concentrated on himself, striving to become the best Lane Douglas that he could be.

Betty's Mansion - 3BR 3BA on ~texansky~ creations

Betty's Mansion was created by me specifically for Betty Simovitch, a Sim created by @CravenLestat. Regretfully, Betty is no longer available in his studio on the Sims 3 Exchange. An older version of this home on the Exchange called "Betty's Mansion" has been modified to remove some excess floor tiles, fill in missing ceiling tiles, and add lights (most of the rooms contained only 4x4 ceiling lights from buydebug).

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, two-story home is built on a 30x30 lot and includes two fountains, two parking spaces in the front, and a swimming pool and birdbath in the back. It has an eggshell blue exterior with dark wood doors and extravagantly designed windows with white trim. It features a front porch with rocking chairs and a second-story balcony facing the street.

Sea Horse Estates on ~texansky~ creations

Sea Horse Estates was created for the Cape Albacore Collaboration and is meant to be placed on the 60x60 lot on Map D53 at 53 Sea Horse Blvd. Of course, you may place the lot in your favorite world.

It has a kitchen, living room, master bedroom, nursery, and main bath on the first floor, with four bedrooms, a bath, and a reading nook on the second floor. The front and rear of the home have porches that span the width of the house. Rockers face the street, and a treadmill, toybox, and a painting area complete the rear porch. The property contains chickens, cows, bees, a horse corral, a garden complete with a tractor, a picnic table, and a children's play area including a seesaw, two spring riders, and a clubhouse treehouse.

Sea Horse Estates is a heritage farm that has been in the Colby family for seven generations. Jack and Emma Colby are newlyweds who inherited Sea Horse Estates from the Colby family. They plan to have many children and raise them on the farm. When their heir becomes a young adult, he or she will inherit Sea Horse Estates. All heirs of the estate must keep the Colby surname.

Jack and Emma Colby were created to live at Sea Horse Estates, which was built for the Cape Albacore Collaboration (Map D53 - 53 Sea Horse Blvd). They come with a large enough bank account (§165,079) to purchase Sea Horse Estates and have enough left over to live comfortably.
