That 90's thread
Hey everyone. 😊 Since this year marks my 40th birthday ( 🤯 ) I've been feeling rather nostalgic...missing my younger days in what I would call the greatest decade ever: the 1990's. 💙💚💛 Some of ...
Oh my goodness how could I forget about Doc Martens!!
The #1 choice of footwear for Mormon missionaries back in the 1990's. 🤪And I believe it is still the same philosphy among missionaries today. 👍🏻 (Although they do a lot less walking around and knocking on random doors these days. 🙃)
They're rough and tough, yet stylish. And some missionaries claim even 20 years after their mission their Doc's are still going strong. 💪🏻
My young self never understood the WHY behind the thick yellow stiching around the shoes, but I guess that was the Dr. Marten trademark. 😉
Anyhoo!
Someone converted these over to Sims 3 (from 4) and they look pretty good imo.
Enjoy y'all!
It's my go to shoe for all my grungy sims! 🙂
edit...The Mormons know how to work it. We don't know who those boys are but they look great!...👀😬😆
edit: I thought they were pilots.🙂

Miataplay ^Yeeeeah, no. 😆 Lol! But it's ok. They know how to work that's for sure...and they do indeed look great. And handsome. 😏
I crushed all over them as a teenager in the church. 😍 So it comes as no surprise that I married one. 🥰 Of course he wasn't a missionary at the time I married him! That would've been bad! 😬 But he did a serve a mission. In the Philippines. 🏝 🌊🌞 From 1998-2000.
