Ugh, I've actually been having the same problem on PC. What I finally ended up doing is pausing at the pose I want, then using the arrow keys to scroll back and forth, but pressing very very slightly harder/longer on one of them, so that eventually it ends up slooowly going more in one direction than another, and eventually getting the person in the box like I want them. :roll:
Of course, I don't know what (if any) keys you can use for scrolling the camera on Mac. :?
