Izzy embraces him, "That will be a good start, maybe he will forgive you! I'm really sorry about that whole dumb prank thing."

Laz continues, "Since I haven't seen any positive action on your father's part, I mean he didn't even transform to wolf with us at my place! It's become obvious to me, that he is refusing to accept the Leadership of the pack, and denying his place as Alpha Wolf!
As rightful heir, it now falls upon You! And everyone will expect and look forward to your heir!''

Laz cuts him off "I suggest you search the Vault of Antiquities. There you will find the ancient werewolf lore of the most auspicious Queen of the Werewolves! She was an Alpha Wolf and started her leadership as but a young girl, in the dark times. I can only think the lore is referring to you, Izzy, as Aziz! Our times have been darkened since your wolf Grandfather left with his den!
You must think of us now, the left-over wolves, we are reduced in numbers and without a proper leader who can produce an heir!''

"Laz, If it is my destiny then of course I will embrace it. I don't fear the difficulties!'' says Izzy bravely. "But it will probably mean I'll have to move out, since my Grandfather keeps encouraging the Vampire in me, I suspect he is a bit of a xenophobe, and will not welcome groups of wolves into his mansion. And I don't know if it will even be ok with him to have the Leader of the pack living in his house!''

Laz nods in agreement, thinking how funny it would be if Ayden joined his own household, with fairies added to the mix! But he keeps his face and tone serious, as he instructs: "To be able to afford a place you will need a job, and to get a job you would need to age up. Once you are settled, and in agreement with your mate, you should have no qualms about producing your heir. You can hasten your aging with a quick visit to Jin."
Laz moves off, glad that he is now free of that huge responsibility.

Ayden likes how flirty Jin is. Between their flirts, Jin asks what went wrong with his relationship with Beatrice.
"It was just too unnerving to think about her trying to poison me. I found it very stressful." says Ayden.
