She has always thought him as her handsome Wolfie!
Back when they were little kids, she made the scruffy little cub play Prince Charming to her Cinderella. She would sing to him while brushing his tangled fur until it shone and was quite luxuriant! Then she would tuck into the back of his collar a pillowcase cape, adorn his head with a daisy chain crown, and bestowed upon him a sword, made from a stick of wood. They were very cute kids, and such great friends.
Now he's a man. And he wants to kiss his wife.

Poor Waylan feels like a caged animal, in tormenting rut, separated from his mate. because of the age discrepancy!

It will be better than pacing about this place, and he will be glad to be away from Ayden's ever watchful eyes!
He moves to embrace her but Emilie stops him. If he touches her, he's doomed.
He feels a bit sheepish, Emelie is always right.

Even though they are a married couple with a child, Ayden is a stickler against teen-adult relationships, even more so than his xenophobic aversion to this former werewolf being in love with his Wonderful Vampire Daughter! Ayden is a man of many complexities and prejudices.
Ayden is reading in an old fashioned chat room. He spies something very offensive to him! His girlfriend Jin is being flirted with online, and the worse part is she is responding favorably to it! :# Ayden doesn't like that!
