You asked for a medium-sized house, fully decorated and containing no store items. I hope that this remodel of Capitola A from Sunset Valley will do. I liked this A Frame and thought it would also look nice in Hidden Springs.

A fresh coat of paint on the exterior (dark grey) and railings (black) gives this a look that I think will stand out among the cabins that are typically brown and green.
