What is the smallest best world (player created) you have found?

It's been a while since I played Sims 3, the reason is that it is extremely hard on my computer. So I am thinking that maybe it can play a small world ok. It plays both Sims 2 and 4 wonderfully. I have all EPs and SPs so it doesn't matter on pack requirements. What the smallest best world you have come across that is player created? I really miss playing with my Sims 3 sims and would love to get back to them again. :'(
  • I'd go with Deery meadows lite or the blank Evermore Falls and play TS2 style rotational with slowly adding a population as I play through the story.I found that the game tends to be unstalbe and can be hard on weaker computers or just be more at risk for throwing Error 12's if you play in EA's worlds and turn the EA bugfest on.I found that configuring my NRaas Mods for story progression to be manualy mode like the TS2 story progression is a lighter load on the computer and the saves are more stable.
  • I don't play with small worlds (not to smear them; usually what I need comes in the biggest size only) but The Sims Catalog sorts their listed worlds by size. Mont Saint Michael looks cute, like Windenburg in TS4 IMO, and the performance specs on the creator's page would support it working on what today is a pretty low-end machine.

Again, not from experience (though maybe it will be lol)

The best as in low on computer usage?
I have a few but I don't know if they're the best on usage.

-Small map and no dive lots; only uses SN.

Or There are a lot of empty small worlds to add only the lots you want. That might help- slow start with your favorite play -like a TS4 neighborhood. :)

Now I'm thinking about making a small world with as many of the expansion lots as reasonable. Plus a dive lot.
  • Hylewood by Nilxis.

This is truly one of my absolutely favorite worlds. It loads fast on my trusty rusty laptop and has quite possibly some of the best scenery (in my opinion) for a small world. My only issue is that I wish it was only one size bigger so more lots can be added to it but I’m quite happy with it as it is.

Here are some scenery pics of it that I’ve taken just so you can get an idea of how pretty it is <3

  • Nilxis' Sa Pineda is absolutely tiny, and wonderful!
I just played it for one episode (link here) in my story, there is only a couple of lots to build on, but I needed the empty aspect, so it was perfect to me!

  • I would actually recommend Glenvale County even though it's a bigger size as it would work well with being empty and you can demolosh the rabbit holes and replace the builds later with your own using rabbit hole rugs and making your own buildings.I do my city hall in the town's main library and set it up for sims to be able to stay overnight or to use it like a home away from home while they're building a house on their lot.I've also got SunSet Valley2 set up with an apocalypse challenge where I'm settling a town in Massachusetts in 1525.I've got a link to another very highly remommended world where my currently active legacy challenge is being played HERE.Both worlds are perfect for starting out new towns and slowly adding in more population as you play the town though I recommend not placing any martial arts equipment or chess tables on any of the lots in the world before other households finally join the town in the first few years.
  • I love this world by mammut called Manihikki. It plays very well on my laptop and loads fast too. It has dive lots and houseboats and lots of space to add any lots you want. You can search for it here.
