I went with the Ambitions Professions since most of my saves have my SS and either her boyfriend or husband in them. I have the bf/hubby go to work while I keep my SS at home working on her skills. I do have one save where I do have my SS as a self-employed homemaker which is a career mod from NRass..
I do have a save with my Scooby Doo and the Gang where Freddy is a ghost hunter while I have Velma working part time at the bookstore. I have Shaggy upping his cooking and gardening skills while I have Daphne doing the MA skill and I have her using the drafting table for designing clothes.
My current save that I have now has my SS as a self-employed painter plus she writes books on the side. She will soon be moving in with her romantic interest as she is in the family way now and there's no room in the house to raise a child.
