I voted for investing in businesses and venues but it's specifically building and managing a resort. Investing in other venues is profitable but not that interesting. Building and gradually improving a resort is creative and fun, and waiting for 7AM each morning to see the star rating and read the reviews is exciting. Also, the reviews are often hilarious!
