Which community lot option do I use to sell items with the Savvy Seller or harvet stand?

I am very sorry for this question as I knew the answer years ago. I started playing again and I forgot which commercial lot I need to use? (i know i can consign directly to the stand).

I wanted to add to a lot so npc sims will visit. Should I use consignment shop? If I did, would I still be able to place the savvy seller rugs as well and sell buy objects on it and also sell my cosigned stuff in the harvest stand?

I have all the expansions plus the store stuff.

I think you need to use the "Hangout" lot assignment for shops with the savy seller.

Hangout doesn't need to be the one used, but it's among those that will tend to draw the most sims in.

If you want NO sims showing up I think that would be "No Visitors Allowed".

I always use Hangout, but I have a vague recollection of there needing to be a certain score they need to get before sims will visit it. The higher the score the more likely sims will visit the lot.  Meaning you have to have enough stuff on the lot, including toilets.  But I found adding a fridge lowered my lot's score.  It's been a few years since I built a hangout though so my recollecting might be a bit hazy now.
