Would you help me buy a new PC?

I've heard that TS3 has issues with Intel 12 gen. So... I picked this PC. What do you think?
Since I'm totally new to AMD and RTX series, any help would be appreciated.
I have all eps, all sps and all store items.
I'll probably play TS4, too. Thank you!
