ive just registered my game and I need to redeem a 16 digit code but I haven't been given one and ive tried to find it from registering my game again im so stuck can someone help and quickly please?!?! ☹️

Do you need that to register a Store content ? Where did you buy the game and what did you buy exactly (an EP, Starter Pack, Humble Bundle) ? Download or DVD Version ? Steam or Orign ?
