Actions with other Sims work fine but when I click on my own Sim character I get no actions

Could either be a incomaptible mod or game corruption.
- Are you using any mods in your game ?
- Is it all Sims or only a certain Sim ?
- If you start a new game for testing purposes, do you have the same issue ?
