All in-game Photos (camera, phone, greeting cards, camcorder) refuse to save.

I don't know why, but my Sims' phone pictures, camera pictures, greeting cards, even camcorder videos all refuse to save. They will not show up in the inventory. Greeting cards just show a blank screen when I choose to post them to my wall. The item shows up in the inventory, but as far as I can tell the game does not save any evidence of video or photo stuff of any kind in this. Videos on the in game camcorders stop after approximately 0.000000001 seconds after I hit record.  Is it an issue with some mod i have? Is the game just that badly glitched now? I HAVE NEVER HAD A SINGLE ISSUE WITH THIS BEFORE. PLEASE HELP. I am happy to show my list of mods, nothing I could find seems like it would have any effect on camera stuff though. It's such *.
