Cannot create a TheSims 3 account on the website.

vaanyan_​  Try a different browser.  The site has had issues over the last few days, but I've been able to open it using Firefox.  And see whether you can login to http://www.thesims3.com while already signed into this or another EA site.  Sometimes, owning the game is enough to automatically create an account on the Sims 3 site, and the site shares login info with other EA sites.

I've actually tried two other browsers now, even freshly downloaded firefox, same issue. Even tried it on my phone and same thing keeps on happening.

Any other ideas on how to solve this?

Tried the same in the launcher, later it redirects to the same oops page in the browser.

vaanyan_​  To be clear, did you try to sign into the site as if you already had an account?  As I mentioned before, you may not need to create an account at all.

I tried to sign in as if I never had an account in the first place, because that's true. I never had a TS3 account before and even the game confirms the EA account isn't connected, so I asume so the account doesn't exist.

In the second reply in the booting screen screenshot I just tried logging in (not like there was an another option) and there was a promot that the EA account isn’t linked to TS3 community account, and there are two buttons, one is retry login, the other is create an account. The first button redirects me to the oops screen. The retry does nothing.

I tried to use the login button on the website multiple times, still sent me to the oops site.

vaanyan_​  I'm trying to figure out how to help further, but in the interim, can you try a different device that's on a different network?  For example, you could try on your phone while using data rather than your home wifi, or connect a different computer to your phone set as a mobile hotspot (still on data).

When I click the Create an Account button on the site, in a private browser window, I get the EA login page, as in, enter the email and password connected to your existing account.  I haven't followed through because my EA account is already connected, so I have no way to test.  But I'm not getting an error page.  So it appears that this isn't a question of the site overall being down so much as something about your system or connection, or maybe even the region, that's blocking the site.

I don't know any reason Poland would be blocked as a whole; I'm just saying this is what a regional issue can look like sometimes.

In the beginning it showed an EA logging page but that's because before I wasn't logged into EA on the browser pre the sims thing. I've tried it on my phone too on my data plan. This time I used the official polish website

vaanyan_​  I really don't know then, I'm sorry.  I did ask around to see if there was anything on the EA side that might explain the issue but came up empty.

The only other suggestion I can make here is that if you have a friend or family member, preferably in a different region, who you'd trust to make the account for you, it's worth asking them to try.
