i have done all that still won’t work

@jordyh090303 If you change your email to the old one, can you login? Even if you don't want to use it long-term, I'm curious whether it'll help. Please delete the file and clear the data in Keychain Access again after changing emails and before testing.

no unfortunately it still doesn’t work, i have deleted it in the keychain and everything im seriously at a loss

@jordyh090303 Try contacting support and asking if there's anything wrong with your account itself, like some kind of block. I remember seeing something similar a few months ago, but the user didn't explain exactly what the problem was, and maybe didn't know; they just reported that the support rep found and fixed the problem.
I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
