As far as I know that should be possible.
Are there any lots that have the right size ? Are they empty (sometimes the lots look empty but they have already a house on it that's really just an empty lot. You can distinguish the icon.
Also make sure that they are the right type (residental vs. community)
1) YES - lots are empty ..... TOTALLY
2) YES - I've CHANGED the empty lot to fit the descriptive of MY lot ...... COMMERCIAL / DORMITORY
NOTHING I have done is working! NOTHING. All the lots still disappear, and I CANNOT PLACE MY OWN FREAKIN, CREATED LOT!!!
This has GOT TO BE the most STUPIDEST thing I have EVER come across!
Oh - and YES - there is an empty lot that is the EXACT size as what I had created. THAT'S the lot I am **trying** to place ***MY*** creation on!!!

Don't know then.
I'll see if any of the other helpers have an idea on this.
I doubt it, but ..... ok
Thanks for trying
Hi. I am an experienced lot creator. I understand what you're going through. I know it's very frustrating.
Which world is your home world?
I am using one of my own created worlds as the home world. Why? Do you think it matters if I use my own or one of EA's?

Did you try an EA made lot ? You can save one of the existing ones to the library and then try to place that.

Try one of EA's worlds as Crinrict suggested. The Create-A-World tool is beta meaning it's still in development. So there is a chance that your world may be the culprit. Using an EA world will help you and us figure out what the problem is and how to go about fixing it.
No - I haven't tried one of EA's worlds. I suppose I could.
O - k. I'll try one of theirs and see what happens.
