I'm still so disappointed that there's no news on whether this bug will ever be fixed or not. I've learnt to use workarounds, but they're pretty clumsy and there's still so much I can't do in open water in my game. I keep checking this thread to see if there's any developments. Do we just have to assume it'll never get fixed now - even though Island Paradise, for example, is still being sold at normal price to Mac users without any warning that they can't take full advantage of its features?
@FreddyFox1234 I think it would be best to assume that this is never going to get fixed. It's not certain until EA makes an announcement either way, but it also seems extremely unlikely that someone would come back to the project at this point.
