Hello, I'm new to the Sims 3 for PC and I already know I'm supposed to put them in at https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html via Redeem a Code, but every time I do it says they're invalid. No they're not in my Purchase History and yes I've tried every available option for this. The only code that worked was the Chocolate Fountain code, but the world codes themselves keep saying it's invalid, yet they are Not Anywhere on my accounts. Also, I even tried a different browser, nothing has worked. What do I do?
Solved! Got my refund after bothering them nonstop for a few hours.
@protobeeper The only thing you can do is contact EA customer support and request a refund. A support rep should be able to process this once they confirm that the codes are invalid.
