I bought the Sims 3 Roaring Heights Standard Edition on the EA App, and it won't show up on the launcher! I own every expansion except for Supernatural and Into the Future, and no stuff packs. Whenever I go to Roaring Heights' EA App page, it says I own it, but it won't show up on the downloads tab on the Sims 3 launcher. I then checked the Sims 3 Store page. Says I don't own it! Please help!

If you can't download from there, try your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) instead. If you get an error when trying to download the world, let me know.

Hey, I found the solution in another forum, and it worked for me.
I didn't notice that the email had my code below the receipt from the purchase, so I entered it on the redeem code page.
