only problem is these are manual for PC/computer. I need to sort out the controls on the game controller for Playstation 3. As an example, I can't figure out how to select "stairs" to go to another floor in a building. Simple stuff like that. 

@kan10clan Ah, I apologise. I've done some searching but I can't find a PS3 manual anywhere. 

I'll leave the thread up, perhaps folks can assist with specific queries. 

As for changing stairs, I think you hold L2 then press up or down on the dpad to change floor, then click on the new floor and choose for the Sim to go there. 

Hopefully someone with the manual will make it available.
