Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

Bought the Dragon Valley Gold edition through EA games. It shows in my list of games, however the code on EA states I need to have Sims 3 to play because it is an add-on. I tried inputting the code in the Sims store, it states that it was already inputted. I couldn't even purchase it again because it was 50 percent off when I got it. The receipt says not refundable, BUT THERE IS AN ISSUE IN UPLOADING WHAT I BOUGHT. I play this online because I have multiple add-ons, and can get other stuff with coins that I get from purchases. Please fix this or refund the money!
