I was wondering why puertorricans cannot redeem EA Cash Cards. As far as I know, we are part of the US territory. If this is not possible to do so, why do we keep recieving these cards in our stores? They're worth $20.00 and I think it's not fair that we cannot redeem our cash after we buy it. Thank you.

have you tried the reedeem the cards in your origin wallet ? if they can be redeemed in the origin wallet then on the sims 3 site you can use the EA Account Balance to buy simpoints

I am having the same problem here and I see this was posted in 2014....it's 2015 and still, I, a Puerto Rican USA citizen, is having this problem. I changed the country to U.S.A, to Canada as well and back to Puerto Rico and nothing. Still, I am outside the territory apparently.

I am contacting costumer service. Apparently I have to wait 40-45 minutes in the chat or 3 hours in the phone.
It's a Saturday, I got things to do. How many employees do they have in costumer service? 3?
