Even though I don't have everything I see on youtube for sims 3 houses, which they then put on the Exchange, can I still download it from the Exchange?

So I was watching a guy on youtube called Chrillsims3, he put the house he built on the Exchange but I dont want to go through the hassle of trying to download it if I can't because of not having the extra content such as the piano.

You should be able to install it anyways. The piano will just be replaced. There are houses though that give you troubles so all you can do is try.
