friends are now enemies

My sim had a frew friends in china and france, she was keeping contact with them on calls and face2face talk etc, but somehow all her friends are now enemies. That is really weird. I've done ...

Hey. No Im not using any mods. My game is fully legal.
I did a trip, travelled home, back to china and everybody became enemy.
Even weird because she had a chinise lover....
I attached a screenshot.
Sometimes she walks through the walls, like I sent her to set the keystone to open the door, but I found her behind the wall - well keystone was set.
Or I asked her to use stairs down, she fell under ground and walk up on stairs.
Or she was sleeping in her tent in a the dragon cave, and next second I found her in the marketplace.
Mods aren't illegal 😉
Do you maybe have a backup ? Did you try resetting her with resetsim firstname lastname ?

Yes I did reseting a few times, but helped only on getting her out behind the wall :D not friendships
I had to refriend everybody.
I do not think I have backup. Well atleast no clue, where to look. I just saved my game at every 5-10 mins
Does she still walk through walls after resetting ?
If you use save, it doesn't create a back automatically it overwrites the files. Try using save as and name them <yourname>0 to <yourename>5 (for example) and then overwrite the first one again. Numbers can vary depending on how many backups you want.
Other than re-befriending I can't think of any solutions to solved this. Hope it's not happening again.
