Game continues to Crash

I can play for about 10 minutes each time and then it closes with a small windows that says: "The Sims 3 needs to close."

I am running the game in compatability mode for Windows 8 but it continues to crash. I have also tried to run it in Windows 7 mode...  I have Windows 8.1 .  I have also purchased additional worlds from the SIms 3.com but I can not download them at all .

As you can see from the list below I have spent alot of money on this game and I would like to play the games that I have purchased.

I have the following:

Seasons

Supernatural

Into the Future

University

Generations

Diesel

World Adventures

Movie Stuff

Master Suite

Late Night

High End

70's 80's 90's

Ambitions

Showtime

Island Paradise

  • While integrated graphics chips are getting better TS3 is a very demanding game and seems to require a mid level graphics chip to play ALL the packs. IP and Seasons are demanding packs. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

I also can not download my Roaring Heights purchase from the TheSims3.com. Today I realized that my Monte Vista was not downloaded so I attempted to download and it worked. But when I tried Roaring Heights it failed again.   I have been having issues since Decemeber and I have gone so far as to remove and reinstall all of games, expansion and stuff packs.

It appears that EA is not going to assist its customers with these issues but please believe I am not going to purchase The Sims 4 when your service regading this game has been so lackluster.
