Game continues to Crash

While integrated graphics chips are getting better TS3 is a very demanding game and seems to require a mid level graphics chip to play ALL the packs. IP and Seasons are demanding packs. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

i have updated all of my drivers. The game still does not work. 

I also can not download my Roaring Heights purchase from the TheSims3.com. Today I realized that my Monte Vista was not downloaded so I attempted to download and it worked. But when I tried Roaring Heights it failed again.   I have been having issues since Decemeber and I have gone so far as to remove and reinstall all of games, expansion and stuff packs. 

It appears that EA is not going to assist its customers with these issues but please believe I am not going to purchase The Sims 4 when your service regading this game has been so lackluster. 

Is your game updated to 1.67 ?
