game crash on launcher
after clicking the "launch game" button on launcher my game will crash. It is just being closed down and no screen comes up. I a having issues with downloading content as well from the official game ...

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/
You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
I am sorry but that did not help either. The game will not launch. Should I try uninstalling everything?
