If you're not able to access your EA account, that's something you'd need to contact the live support team on- here on the forums we aren't able to access your account details to help with account recovery.

You can submit a help request on the site here to speak with the team. You will need to provide enough accurate information about the account in order for live support to verify your ownership. Once they've verified that you're the owner of this account, they can help you login again.

    Thanks EA_Solaire​, I'll try contacting support again though I'm a bit afraid of doing so too often and potentially having either account banned/deleted if I reach out too much
