@SapphireFlamez01 try running Origin as admin. To do that, right click on the Origin shortcut on your desktop and select Run As Administrator.

I had the same problem with Crysis3. Experienced exactly the same issues you did. I tried countless times, same result.
However, after some thought, I disabled both my onboard Ethernet and Wireless adapters, and unistalled Origin.
I then re-installed my game from the 1st disc. It installed Origin and presented me with the install button. Clicked the button
and I was presented with the login screen. Without being able to connect to the internet Origin was not able to verify the account and therefore
wouldn't go any further. So I re-enabled my Ethernet adapter (as i'm hard wired to my router - call me old fashioned - its faster than wifi) and logged in.
To my surprise it began installing from disk immediately. it did not download from the Web.
give it a try ... Good Luck!
