How long does it take to install?

I have just got Sims 3 supernatural ( yay! ) and I was just wondering how long does it take to install? I did the first part and right after It has been saying that it has been installing and it has ...

Mine has been "Installing" for the last 30 hours. I'm not sure what to do.

    Does it advance at all ?

    Try clicking on pause download and then resume.
